Not meaning to revive an old thread but you had the same question I do. I have FOBO sensors on two other bikes and like it quite a bit. But I was concerned about the forces on angled valve stem. Have you had any problems with yours since installing the sensor? Thanks
Never an issue. I have had FOBO on my FJR since ‘17, my Triumph R3T since ‘19, Zero since ‘21, and two different Can-Am Spyders since ‘18. No issues. One sensor died and was replaced under warranty, but never an issue with an angeled valve stem. I have T-stems on the Rocket as well to aid in inflating the tire when needed.

I did have a valve stem on a front tire on one of my bikes that didn’t have enough threads for both the lock nut and FOBO TPMS head. So, it let all the air out when first installed until I realized what was happening. Removed the lock nut and tightened the TPMS head down and no issues in 5k miles. A strongly worded sticker has kept thieving hands at bay, though the TPMS gets locked to your account so they are useless to others untill you release them.

Three bikes and all have FOBO 2 on them, never an issue. My Indian Challenger with Apple Carplay shows the tire pressure on the ride command screen.
