Florida Captains

Bringing my truck and bike to Orlando next April,my youngest is getting married at Disney. As soon as my obligations are completed there,want to park the truck and trailer and ride to the keys. Home base will probably be Key Largo with my brother and sister in law. Looking for suggestions to stay,route to ride etc.

Once you get to the Keys there aren't a lot of choices for alternative routes.

They are actually none. Either continue south or go north in the same road. Be aware drivers drive like maniacs in Florida, the rocket taillight is quite small and no easily visibly in the night

Was thinking of route to get there? 1A? Good places to stay,eat etc.
