Fitted Roadster Bars

Fitted a set of Roadster bars and they seem to feel pretty comfortable (haven't done any great distance with them yet). Still got the standard risers on there for now but may get Thunderbird or Rivco's if I need them.

The bars are slightly narrower, taller with a little less pull back but the best bit is they don't put your wrist at the angle that's so uncomfortable with the standard bars.

Just an FYI, but I don't *think* the Thunderbird risers will fit the R3T. I could be wrong and I no longer have my R3T to reference, but I remember looking at it when I had my R3T and T-Bird side by side. That said, I would DEFINITELY go with the T-Bird risers if they'd fit before the Rivcos. I was never very happy with the Rivcos on the R3T. I had a good 1/2 inch of movement in them. Also, I ended up having to put locktite on the riser clamps because the two upper bolts kept coming loose and they were installed/torqued per the Rivco instructions.

These "Roadster" handle bars are they for the new Rocket Roadster and are available already?

Or did I miss something in the Triumph catalog?

Yes, they're the bars for the new Roadster. A couple of fellows, per my suggestion (I'm so proud), installed the T-Bird bars on their Rockets and dig 'em.

As rd says they are from the new Roadster. Cost £80 which for the improvement is a bargain.

I have a set of Rivco Risers, and Thunderbird handlebars on mine, and I LOVE them. Keep in mind, I am 6'5... this setup will not work for everyone. It is actually set up more like a SportTouring bike now. I can really tell the difference in cornering.
