Talk about fast shipping, ordered it the other day...sent regular shipping and they arrived today.

Don't they just look the goods, make sure you put a brace strap across the the top (those little rubber plugs come out far to easy) and fix a adjustable strap from the centre throttle body tab (that the air box mounted to) to the top of the centre air cleaner to keep them stable on there

regardless triumph engineers could have done a better job of integrating the rad into a flow rather than just hanging this pizza box smack in the middle and whatever the rune has for rad, the lines are well though of be it a grill or not and the trim well designed
I have a standing offer to buy such thing on their forum who knows I may be lucky some day

Just being specific is all. The discussion seems to be about aesthetics, not a radiator and cooling power.

I am about to start making the strap arrangement I used on mine, for another guy from the .com site and I will take pictures and start a new thread on how to set it up so that anybody else contemplating putting on the RX-4040's will have guide also there will be a picture of where to cut the bear claw as well

Tod has asked me to cut his for him and make the strap I will be doing it this week I was unable to convince him that it would be cheaper to have someone over in the US do it for him so I will be picking up the alloy strap bolts and worm drive hose clamp (to make the strap brace). Then I will assemble it and take pictures also will give him detailed instructions on how to put strap on to filters( not hard) I will cut the bear claw same as mine except leave a bit more at the front as he has relocated his overflow bottle under seat, also will put chrome edging on it and he will have enough to put it around his tank

I like all of this! Been thinking about these myself. Really like how chin spoiler accents theae bikes. Never found anyone who makes them tho.

Well as a biker you must get used to taking in everything before deciding which way to go. Just stop and smell the Roses
