Be aware the tune I sent Jethro to try is certainly not a definitive all conquering tune for that set up. It is a good BASE I sent to save you heaps of time on the dyno. I will be doing a full day on our old 184hp bike next week,concentrating on ign mapping and tuning with TB.We are testing our new exhaust against our old design.Having had two years of extra learning we have slightly reworked some lengths etc and wish to do an accurate comparo.I do not think we will pick up much max pwr but should be better under 4k. Cheers guys.

Drag, I shift where I think I'm running out of steam. In fact after banging gears today, I still feel power high-so add 100 rpms to thw 2/3/ gears as well.

However, the Tri tach "lies" like the speedo, so it could very well be lower.

On the dyno I make 150 flat between 6000-6500 K- no drop in HP's..

Jethro glad to see all is well...ready for another shot at the title :twisted:
