Fall Rocket Launch

I really like that idea, will see what the big guys say
 
Lets do the four corners. Stop by RKTNMYPKT for some grub, cool off in Washington, see buffalo in South Dakota and back to Dry Ridge Ky because I'll be over done.
 
Fall Rally weekend of 9/17???

I'd like to throw out there the weekend of 9/17. My best chance to make one. Now that I'm riding double need to keep the trip @ <1000 miles...Should not be too hot anyway. Not sure if my vote will count cause I've missed 2 of the last 3. But this is a good reason for the last miss

Guys and Gals

I am not going to be able to do a fall launch this year. But feel free to continue to plan I am happy to help were I can. As many of you know me and Katie have a dream of starting our own Tour Company focusing on Motorcycle tours in the lower 48 mountain regions. We have a significant amount of work and travel scheduled this year in attempt to get the company off the ground. With that being said I will continue to do the annual RAA Event as long as the administration and members allow me to.

I know right ... Its more work than you think but very enjoyable ours goal is to retire from our 9 to 5 in the next 5 to 7 years and do this full time. We will be building the business and exploring other revenue streams associated in hopes to retire early but right now its part time for a while.

****, finger is faster than brain ! I wasn't through yet ! I'm sure it is a LOT of work but I admire people who "do it on their own". Being rewarded 100% for the fruits of your labor has to beat the hell out of working for someone else, and lining their pockets. I would love to be self employed but alas, I am much to lazy. I would starve in a short time ! Again I say best of luck ! Fred
 
Some real good ideas coming in.
A lot of places mentioned I've never been to.
How about around the Grand canyon,
I'm sure lots of us have never seen that.
I have but it's been about 4 decades and it was impressive for a hole...
the Eastern guys could lay over at my place, and we could pick up the Texas guys on the way.
The california guys could maybe even make it since it's not to far for them...
Besides, I don't mind riding a thousand miles or so,
that's WHY I bought a Rocket, it'll get er done....
