Factory Warranty

If it's been titled, it's definitely used.

The dealer needs to be taken to the woodshed.

I have always known hat the bike is considered used. The issue is whether or not the remainder of the factory warranty is valid. It seems to me that the warranty should be valid, but I just want to be sure.

When ever the bike is registered is when the warranty starts it is good for two years unlimited miles regardless of how many previous owners.
I hope that's the case, I wonder why it is then that when I called (888) 284-6288 (Triumphs customer service number) the representative couldn't answer my question, took my information saying he'd get back to me and has yet to do so 24 hours + later.

How did this turn out? It would be highly unusual for a bike not to have two years of warranty after the official in service date.

Normally any official Triumph dealer's service manager should be able to answer this question based on the VIN with relatively little effort.

I still have not heard back from the guy, I'm going to try again next week.
