exhaust popping on deceleration

I'll email you the map. It's from Hanso and he's tried to tweak it.
Yes, the popping is just on decel.
Yes, I can and I have reset adaptations.
The tune I'm going to send you is one I just installed from Hanso, when I removed my secondary's. I rest adaptations and did the 12 minute tune then. This was maybe a week ago. I reset them again today but I haven't run the 12 minute tune yet. I was thinking about trying the map you sent me.
As I stated in the beginning I have Jardine's for the exhaust 3 into 1 headers and then out to 2. The side you can see in my aviator is welded. where it crosses under the bike I have 2 exhaust clamps. I've looked all around there with smoke but can't fide a leak. The header connection is the hardest for me but I will buy another set of crush gaskets and reinstall with more high temp sealer. Maybe if I use 2 sets with sealant the leak, if I have one will stop.
The part I can't seem to get to is the adjustment for the cylinders. I can see the screws. I just can't reach them with what I have here at home. I can only assume that if I have the bike running and I can reach these screws, I would be able to make and see the adjustment on my phone.
Ok I prop the tank up so I can reach the screws easier. but I have triple filters if you have the ram air and its in the way take it loose as the manual tells you to pull the plastic plenum so you can reach them. Oh and I stand on the right side of the bike and reach thru with a long Philips screw driver I have not run the ram air but I remove my triple filters when I do it. it also allows me to look down the throttle bodies and I can see if one is open more then the other. Not sure if that matters as it works pretty good that way. I have no secondary plates in mine. If yours are there you won't be able to see the primary plates as they will not open until you put it in one of the gears then they will open to what ever you have them programmed to in each gear.

I just adjusted my throttle bodies with the Ram Air installed. Raised the tank to gain access to the screws with a long Philips like you stated. Relatively easy.

No problem bud I try sometimes I don't succeed. I think my going into detail stems from all the years of teaching Machinist. That and it helps me understand the manual which sometimes is confusing!!!
 
Just an update to this problem. Nothing worked - the popping was still there.
However, I was out riding today with a friend (another R3 rider) and he asked if I had turned my O2 sensor off. I told him "I didn't know, but I would check when I got back home." It was still on. So, I found the original map from Hanso, opened it and turned off the O2. Then I reinstalled it in the bike and took her for a quick 10 mile ride and the decel popping is gone! ALL GONE!!!! It was soooooooooo nice to hear!!!!!

I do want to thank everyone for giving their input. Trying to help me solve this problem was a pain. A big pain but you did it anyway. Thank you.
I also want to give a special thanks to Warp9.9 who went the extra mile with emails and phone calls. And another special thanks to the Rocket Scientist who made the O2 sensor suggestion. Problem solved!
 
I have an 09 classic and I can’t get the decal popping to quit.

It started after I installed a set of Jardines. I had the ramair already but after I put these pipes on the popping started. I had installed a map from Hanso so I tried him and he made some tweaks here and there but with no affect. He thought it could be a leak so I welded the part that came off the headers and headed straight back. The one that crosses over underneath is clamped with large exhaust clamps. Yes, I used new crush gaskets. I’ve looked for leaks but found none. Last year I removed these and reinstalled my factory pipes and map and the popping went away. I loved the performance that I had so I put the Jardines back on.

My wife and have put many miles on this bike and love her but we’re getting tired of this noise. Who’s running with Jardines exhaust and do you have this issue? What map are you using? Please help

No one in this area that I’ve found will Dino tune with Tune ECU. It’s Power Commander or nothing.
I have jardines too and they are popping can't find out why
 
I also have the full 3-1-2 Jardines exhaust system on a 2011 R3R I recently picked up and it has that same deceleration pop. The PO had the local Triumph dealer install the TORS map which was probably better than the OEM map but it just isn't right. I checked carefully and no discernible exhaust leak.

Sometime in the near future I will install RamAir or K&Ns and then will nicely ask Hanso for a proper tune.

Do you have Tune ECU installed on a computer that you could hook up to your bike?
Do you have a way to check for an exhaust leak?
For my popping problem all I needed to do was turn off the O2 sensor and reinstall the original map Hans sent me. Not any of of the saved maps from after the original upload because the O2 sensor had already changed them.
When you took your bike in to the shop for the tors map they may have left the O2 sensor on too. If you have Tune ECU you could check.

sorry Steve I thought I had it switched off, I normally do, guess I better check that my other recent tunes have it turned off as well
