I've used less than the suggested amount, and still had very good results. One thing to note, if you leave your bike parked for a few weeks, it will settle on the bottom and shake a bit on the next ride, until it warms up and sorts itself out. I love the balancing part, but mainly got it for the puncture protection. I don't like sitting on the side of the road waiting for a trailer. Even though I use Ride-ON, I still carry plugs and a small compressor.

I think if you er to the side of heavy dosage, it seems that since there is more product to spread out over a larger area, it does a better job of balancing. I say that because my first try was with a small dosage which worked, but added to it and it smoothed out even more (Front tire)
The rear doesn't seem to be affected as much.

You're the only madafaka on this forum that didn't get good results from Avon Cobra front tire or dyna beads...................... SELL THAT FOCKIN BIKE IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!    :p

The Avon Cobra is a whole different story. The dealer I took my bike too had a couple of Avons with tread still left in the junk pile. I might be the only one that had trouble on this thread but not the only one at all. The way the guy put it you can get good ones and then you can get bad ones. I hated to put a Metz back on but I didn't have the wobble anymore.

Everything is good now with the Metz and Bridgestone on the back. Next time I'm going to go with the smaller tire like a few have done ... on the front.

These bikes would benefit if they had a steering stabilizer.

I like the 140 Avon Cobra, But i have a 140 Michelin commander II on the front now & I like it a little better, especially on the wet surface...... it's a little more costly though

I am buying tires next month. The bridgestone exdra max is a no brainier for the back tire. Decent mileage and good handling. Front tire will be another Michelin Scorcher. Great traction. Wears quickly. By the time the back tire needs replacing so does the front. Have run Michelin Commander II's on the Harley for years and like them a lot. The Scorcher Has better traction But it is a trade off due to how quickly it wears.

I looked up the Ride-On site to get some of that for my tires. They are out of stock. Every size.
I did find some on eBay and got the 3 bottle bundle.

If any of you are thinking about getting some more, better act fast as most vendors are getting low.
I didn't find any info on when Ride-On might be producing more.
