Don't ride your R3 in the rain!

This is a genuine page from my owners manual
Triumph obviously don't want these bikes ridden in the rain or cleaned by the look of it

FWIW, I've ridden for hours at a time in torrential rain at highway speeds without any problems

Living In the UK I decided to cover mine in WD40 and duck oil..........

Oh, so, maybe the fact that I use "abrasive scouring pads and steel wool" to clean the finish of my red 3R could be the reason that it's no longer red.
