It does break your heart to loose one. I have 2 now, with 3 buried in my front yard. I have to keep 2, one as a back-up. If I only had one, and lost her, I don't think I could carry on. They are my reason for living. Been married, and divorced 3 times, and never had a wife that loved me as much as my critters, "unconditionally" :)

CooterTwo; You are a Dog Man indeed. If one goes through life without having had a personal dog, you missed out.

we have two wee beautys...the boy is a wire haired Fox Terrier and the wee girl has Bichon, Fox Terrier, Chihuahua and shihtzu in her !...her mum was a tad wayward!!
Both are our kids!!! The wee girl is very clever and the boy is as placid as anything...we love them heaps!
We have had dogs forever and of course have buried many....very hard losing them.

Our two dogs. We have a cat as well. Bella, the red cattle dog, is a land shark like all reds. Seamus is.... well... a Bitza, but a bloody good pup in his own right. Loves the bike and will go anywhere. They've been to Perth and back and all over... basically where I go they go.

No way that's f ing awesome  awwwww cool

Lost a few myself.... Rastus, a foxy girl...run over. Chappie, a foxy boy, drowned in a swimming pool when I had left him at a friends house while I indulged myself...wont ever forgive myself for that....Piper, a jack Russell boy, terminal liver disease, had to have him put him...all very difficult times....but they bring so much happiness to us don't they....they must have a lot of soul...
