@sonny Normally I do the same, but in this case, with the sheer cost of repairing the head if it's damage, coupled with the very real risk of interference between valves/pistons, I am simply not comfortable doing it.

The more I research this the more certain I'm becoming the Tech in Hawaii installed the exhaust cam 1 or 2 teeth too far advanced. Possibly intentional because he was afraid of them touching gain.

The other possibility, one I'm going to be beyond irate if it's the case, is that he installed the Carp intake cam and STOCK exhaust cam...
 
HEY I was with EDDIE yesterday he was doing 2 modded Rockets and has several others hes doing and doing mine also
 
That is a Possibility. Know a guy who took his Harley into one of the local dealerships and they installed after market cams (twin cam engine) guess what they did? One new cam and the other stock. Boy was he pissed.
