Those things funk up the instrument mounting on the Roadster.
I also don't have much swing up room for the tank unless the risers go straight up from the triple clamp.
Not a problem Bull. Just remove gauges and securing tab on tank. The Rivco are well made.
If that is too much hassle, look at the adjustable Roxspeed FX Pivoting Risers.

I have looked HARD at the Rox - more than once.
I like the design concept, but they do not have a set that spread wide enough to clear the instruments.

If I had a Roadster and wanted to run the Rivco riser on her I would incorporate the early 05 handle bar mount system in which the gauges swiveled forward on a hinge when you wanted to open the tank. Like below

Take a look at this post, I put the risers on my Roadster and made a bracket with a hinge so that you could open the tank without removing the bars.
There is a complete drawing of how to make it there if you want. I even sent it to Rivco to see if they would sell them along with Risers but never got a response.
I think it would be a lot easier to do than try to change gauge mounts.
