Chrome intake cover

Has anyone done or as thought of installing a chrome intake cover on the right side of the tank so both sides match? I've seen pictures of Rockets with the intake on the right so was thinking about seeing about installing one on the right side so both sides of the tank look the same. I love the Rocket, but the chrome intake cover on the left makes the bike look so much better compared to the way the bike looks while viewing from the right side. I've searched the internet for intake covers and cant find anywhere to purchase.

Most of the times it is referred to as a bearclaw.

There was a company somewhere over near Germany I think that made one kind of like a stick on one. not sure who it was though.

ya, that's just wrong. Like trying to balance a rotted tooth whore with breast implants. or something like that. A poor analogy but it's applicable in this case.

Air enters from the left; exhaust from the right. In and out; don't get roiled up in the aesthetics of the Rocket.

She is squat and sturdy, and with the right surgery... she will rip yer arms off.

I got to agree with the above opinions. and can say there is no original screw holes unless they are attaching it to the coil mounting brackets. If I were you I would have some sort of cool air brush paint put on that side. If I had a silver back one would be right there for sure.

There's been some fantastic colour matched claws , 2 paint jobs that spring to mind; Hegels bike & the Punisher. Oh & take a look at LMG's bike as well8)
