Cheap power, exhaust upgrade

Rocket 10.jpg
My bike had these already on it. They are made using two 3 1/4 inch round exhaust tips and a homemade Y. They are non baffled and loud as H3LL. The bike was returned and dinoed. Is this what you are looking for

Sotty I mean a one in to two Y pipe. I have a set of 1 3/4 shotgun pipes that are not chromed yet. I am going to test them out to see if I like the sound of them. The point is the guy I purchased the bike from has less than $200.00 invested in the chromed ones and less than $75.00 in the shotgun type.

Here was my cheap solution, much like Bull's (Hey Steve nice rack huh!) It was dyno tuned by Power Tripp, who was somewhat surprised by how well it performed considering the stock header! CherryBomb glasspack and one 90 degree bend with some fabing and you are there.

I'll be down in McDonough next month for school. Perhaps I can trailer my r3 with me. Good riding down there hvacnr?

Trying to put a Screaming Eagle 2 into 1 pipe on the bike. I like the looks, but an going to need to make a bracket.

My ramair intake filter showed up today as well.

I've got the cable and tuneecu software as well. Any recommendations on a tune? I've read there seems to be a problem with backfire. Hopefully a tune that fixes that?

Their is plenty of good roads and things to do around here. Every thing from the Whistle Stop Cafe and eat Fried Green Tomatoes ( see the movie by the same name), to Callaway Gardens (Pine Mountain, GA.). I ride these roads just for the fun of it. Let me know when you'll be down here and we'll see what kind of trouble we can get into.
