CES Pipe VS Carpenter For Sound

@Old N' Grumpy : Something like 2 weeks from order to delivery, depends what you order (black, silver, or raw coatings), and the muffler length. I think mine were about 3 weeks, I ordered non-standard parts. My recommendation if you want black ones, order them raw, unfinished, and take them straight to an american based coater. The CES coating on mine failed within 60 days, the US done coating is over a year old now, no rust, and its much tougher regarding scratches/impacts.

From what I gather, I'm rather young for R3 ownership, bought it at 34, 36 now. :)

I tried again to get good twisty riding today, here were the results, there's ONE good left/right at the end, new max lean on the cobras here, about 1 CM of unused tire on the right side now, entry speed was about 88 mph:

Pretty sure the Cobras were cold from all the rain and slow riding, leading to the slip, when they're warm they're great.

Whats the lead time from Australia on those CES pipes?

I went with expedited shipping (air) and twas less than two weeks.
Leslie will take GREAT care of you!
Tell her 1olbull Steve from Tacoma said hello!
With today's exchange rate, you be getting great value!

The bike in the Carp video, is mine. The garage door is closed but the shed is very big. Don"t expect a stock bike to sound like this bike, as it is cammed/hi comp ect. I can make it reasonably quiet by putting the baffle/end cone back on. When i ride with no baffle, my Hardley riding mates,[ all run straight pipes] complain that ,my bike is F@#king LOUD. None of them

YEP the Hardleys are loud and obnoxious and they love it so its not a problem riding the Rocket with the open pipe as its much more civil than noisy racket from the HD stuff

This will probably make you run to the CES pipe but check out my other vid, on you tube, 'the angry beast R3 '. I would put it up here but dont know how. The engine has been seriously modded but remains naturally aspirated.
