Can I make TORS louder? Removing the baffles?

By removing the TORS I lost a bunch of weight. Bike seems more responsive in the corners or it as least seems that way.

I like my bike more now.

I took the pipe to a muffler shop and hand them open up the end to fit the header/manifold. Cut some notches in it so it would clamp to the header/manifold.

Stock can be completely gutted and rebuilt with new straight thru pipe or with a cone as I did. It was so loud I made baffles that got the sound reasonable and sounds great also. (in my opinion) I also painted matte black with hi temp ceramic paint. So far so good. It is a big job to do. I cut both ends of the cans and removed all the baffles and the cat. Then welded a 16" cone inside. Much cooler Temps on the pipes themselves and with ramair got decent gains from a dyno tune. Hope that helps.

Really? You drill or remove the baffles from a stock Harley exhaust all that you have done is screwed yourself. Loud but all you have done is destroyed horsepower and torque from your bike. Starting to learn about the ROCKET but apparently it is about the same. Tuned aftermarket exhaust systems are not cheap but than again you pay for performance no easy way out.
