Can a rocket handle the curves with a car tire????

Here's the photo of the Triple Tread.

That looks like a very "round" tire comparatively. Seems the ones without the harsh, square shoulders make the most docile car tires? Like the Eagle F1 ... VERY SQUARE, looks awsome, but VERY square.
