Butt Burn!!!

i had the original dual seat on my 07 ( with duct work after a few hours it felt like u were sitting on a bowl)
found a roadster seat (w/o duct ) and was quite a bit better. as for the heat as far as i could tell there was not any difference. of coarse when its 105/110 guarantee u r going to be hot

The Corbin solo has worked great for my large butt for well over 10K miles so far.
I used the beads for 30K miles prior and they were a very good less expensive option.
Only drawback is they do raise the seat height some. The Corbin is lower than stock and better for my 29" inseam.

Had some of these cheapo chinize. Lasted a year and tore apart. Ordered this to see how much it lasts. Gives me a light lift over the Valkye barndoor eazzier than cutting the door.

Ricardo,
Ya shoulda got the ceramic beads instead of the wood, although I had no problemas with either type.

I just cut into the foam and put a gel insert in. A layer of smoothing foam over that and the original cover back on. Can ride for hours now. Have done several trips a around 700 miles over a weekend and totally comfortable. Gel $70 with enough left to do the back of the Harley seat for my wife

Anyone have suggestions on seat options.
Rear on fire after 50 miles or so.
Saw a used Corbin solo on EBAY .

Thanks,
Look at Saddleman or Corbin. Saddleman builds their own and will mod yours. I have a Corbin custom dual and Saddleman modded mine and added gel packs in the butt bone area.

Tried many different solos. Bought a Corbin Solo with backrest. Use only that for less than 4 hour rides. Just rode 16 hours and added a AirHawk. Very good combination and saved my back!
