Totally agree. The tank, twin lights and gauges work to keep a lot of wind off you. If you ride a Thunderbird, for example, there's much more wind hitting you. Not saying there's no wind, but it's way less than on most other bikes and besides, it's the way nature intended it (motorcycle riding) to be. A rider back rest does away with the death grip and I don't have to put up with the noise, buffeting, distortion, light reflections and ugliness of a screen. Anyway, I know others feel different but that's why I won't use one.
