Bringing the front tire up.

The Rocket I test rode at the dealership had at all bone stock. Now with Maddogs, cat delete, triple K&N's, secondaries removed and a good program, it wheelies very easy now in 1st. I used to shift in the air years ago, but I'm not willing to wreck the bike or myself anymore. I agree it would be fun to do some long wheelies again.

Now that's a horse of a different color,my dealer has replaced two shaft drives from riders doing wheelies on stock bikes. Like Clint would say "a man has to know his limitations".;)

Not sure how the bike would know your doing a wheelie unless they are revving it and popping the clutch. I don't do that, comes up much to abruptly, hard to get control of it. Also a good way to exit stage rear !

The Rocket I test rode at the dealership had tors on it, and must have had the secondaries removed, because it wheelied easily. (wonder if they put them back in when someone bought it ?) Any, when I flew to Texas to pick mine up (an Ebay special) I thought I got a dog, cause it wouldn't wheelie at all bone stock. I may have caused confusion. I never shifted the Rocket in the air, that was some earlier bikes when I was young and stupider.

What's removing the secondaries got to do with it? It doesn't create extra power. A smoother throttle response yes extra power not at all makes absolutely no difference .

Actually it just allows you to bring on the power faster I have never poped a wheelie only ever have had power wheelies.
Poping the clutch is for fools, to hard on driveline

O contraire ! The secondaries limit the useable power in the first three gears. One way around them is to set them to 100% open with tuneboy. You still get a little lag because they still close down at low speed and then have to open back up. A Gipro does the same thing by fooling the bike into thinking it's in a higher gear. You can accomplish the same thing as a Gipro with a 10 cent resister from radio shack only you won't have the nifty gear display. Taking them out unleashes the full potential of the engine. They're ONLY function is to protect the unskilled. I took mine out and will let Darwinism run it's coarse.

my secondaries came out while the bike was barely a month old.... and they ain't going back in:D I control the beast not the beast controlling me;)

My secondaries have been out for a long long time I also have the Gipro atre wich changes ignition timing in first three gears by tricking the bike into thinking its in a higher gear yes . Triple filters and Pcv . The secondary's coming out made for a smoother snappier response . The Gipro was the baby that unleashed that 7 percent they stole from factory. I didn't notice much of a difference with secondaries being removed. Just throttle response.

Oh and top end limiter removed and also my base tune in ecu has them open 100percent in first three gears even though I removed them and also I have higher rev limit.

that equalls faster acelaration hence the front wanting to lift easier by it self and the Tune ECU tunes also fix the ign timimg.
Also the faster throttle resonse also comes from the fact that you are able to make the power earlier not extra just earlier, the secondaries was to stop novices getting on a rocket and killing themselves
