boss hoss revisited

They have 2 wheels so I guess they're motorcycles but you know they cant even hook up. The amount of wheelspin the have must be ridiculous.

NOT TRUE, they can hook up with a GOOD RIDER but if you just twist the throttle and expect a great launch it won't happen, it will just spin the tire. A friend finally got his into the 8 second bracket with a street motorcycle tire not a car tire. He loves drag racing, street or strip, he lives for that. It can be done by a guy with the skill to manage the throttle. Most weekend warriors lack that skill and just like to please a crowd so they just burn rubber, one guy I know with 675 hp in his likes nothing better than burning rubber when he is next to you on the freeway from 70mph. Different strokes for different folks. I like traveling on long trips on mine, don't care about laying rubber. I like street racing occasionally on the V8 Chopper, its faster than anything I've ever ridden and it hooks up pretty easy if its already over 20mph. I like racing Harleys when I'm on my RT3 since most everyone I ride with has one and they have stuff done to make them go fast. The Triumph so far always wins, even when my wife is on the back. In my world I mainly like just riding but of course I like power, who doesn't if you're on this site.

Some of you guys will like this and its fun to watch. I know some of these guys, I think they're great guys. Go to YOU TUBE and search BOSS HOSS SIZE MATTERS

When these guys realize that the boss Boss 502 is not considered a collectors just because they don't make it anymore, how many nice cares that was stoped and never became a collectors.
So as soon as they realize it they will devalue just like any other bike then I'll grab one , they are fun like riding a whiled horse can have a lot of fun.
Like a 05 Rocket is what 7-$8,000 and a 2005 502 Boss Hoss people are asking $40,000 and up I don't even think it sold for that in 05? No Blue book on thenm so hard to find out.

I've said the same thing to owners of the 502 bikes, they aren't really a collectors item and they aren't the fastest bikes. They were the most cu inches, they have the most torque so can lay rubber easier than the small blocks which can also lay rubber. The fastest bikes Boss Hoss made so far have all had the late model LS series engines. My bike has a 350 Chevy ZZ4 engine in it (400hp) most early Boss Hoss bikes had that engine. The beauty of that engine is there is a million hot rods using them and tons of horsepower increasing speed stuff made for it. In the Boss Hoss world many small blocks beat the 502 bikes. The 502 bikes are great for bragging rights and impresses the public but in reality not such a big deal. I'm not saying they aren't faster than small blocks if both are stock because they are but just slightly. They also are much hotter, more like a ROCKET 3 but on both sides of the engine. By the way they sold for more than that in 2005.
