For me depends if it's winter or summer. But good walking/hunting boots tend to leave most "bike" boots miles behind for comfort and waterproofing.

No. I'm more of a barefoot kinda guy. Never cared for cowboy boots. They are much more popular on @nolton 's side of the state.
