BOARDS ON MY ROADSTER - FINALLY!

I have Nox273's standard set squirreled away

Are you running a Exedra Max on the rear?
Lift your shockies and/or go with slightly taller than the OEM 12½" length.

Thinking about your idea is giving me big hip pain!!!

Still running the Metz, have a custom made bracket to move indicators up and in. It only clears a new Metz by 7ml (1/4 inch) when suspension is fully compressed. Have to fabricate a new bracket before I can safely run a Bridgestone. It's on the to do list before I wear out the Metz that's on there know. It's the scraping up the front and lifting the front wheel off the road that keeps me calmed down. The front corners of the pegrail need to be higher, not that I need to go any quicker but it's nice to know that if you need to pitch it in hard you can without loosing grip up the front.

One reason I be pleased with the Standard rails and boards is all the extra clearance I gained!

@1olbull - glad you got the setup installed and working. Do't worry about not knowing which boards you have. The dealer I purchased them off from called them "classics" and TriumphUSA still doesn't even know what I had existed - even though the found pics of the same floor boards installed on other factory rockets. lol

However, you had mentioned grinding off the heel part of the shifter - before you do that - could I please beg of you to change to a different shift lever and keep that one factory... lol - I had to chase that part down for over 3 months to get the right one and according to Triumph - I purchased the last one in the world that was still NIB. Would hate to see it modified but do as you must.

You know I gave your comments some thought and I thanks for chiming in!
I have ordered a new "gear change pedal assembly" from Bike Bandit (their part # 1391844)
Twas shown to be for a 2009 "RocketIII Only". This one only goes forward from the pivot.
It does have a forward linkage attachment, so I hope I can make it work and save the one I got from you.

Thank you!!! That one should be the perfect match and also match your shoulder bolt you are using for the heel/toe shifter
