It was the Hillman Minx also known as the Humber 80 that I had and it had a 1625cc engine. That was in New Zealand.

I can see you teararsing around in a Minx .. ha ha .. see you were a hooligan even back then!!! ha ha ha ha ha

Just back yesterday and very glad to see you found a fix for the hose TC. Will look into the screen on Monday. Gothlander in a Hillman - what's wrong with this picture.....??????

Yeah we had a bit fun in those days, sideways everywhere. A couple of years ago we had a Xmas work outing at a skid pan run by a couple of cops. They had to to go with you for the first few times to show you how to slide. I went straight into a slide and the cop said how do you know how to do that? a misspent youth I said as I went sideways down the straight. We could make cars do things that the designers never thought they could do. I could tell you some stories and there are some I can't tell, I think I am lucky to have survived those days of madness. TC you were probably going to bible study in those days (yeah right).
