FYI: Sidchrome up until 1996 were manufactured in Australia, but since being acquired by The Stanley Works (named Stanley Black & Decker since 2010) production is now undertaken in Taiwan.

Along with the made in China label went the skilled tradesmen's jobs. Nowadays we have crap steel being made in to crap parts from abroad and no middle class!!!!!!!! Don't get me started.....

My Sidchrome set is at least 35 years old so Aussie made, not made in the Tran Ah Fing Moo Tool Company ,as for Black and decker most of their stuff is not worth a squirt of billy goat p***,

Ain't that a shame ? I remember when Black & Decker and Stanley were top notch tools. But I also remember Kennedy, Johnson and Nixon.

boght my bike with 6000 miles when i drained diff (it is easier to say) fluid was black and looked terible so i put in new oil and at 7000 i changed it again and it looked relly good just a little discolor now i change it every 5000 with the engine oil change. there is such a small amount so it just costs a very little to change.
they probably didnot change it but may be they forgot. personal opinion i might mension it to them but would not make a big deal out of it. for me it would not be worth it because of the aggervation.
that lower plug has a hole with magnet that makes it very weak if u do not use torque wrench u might break it off.
change the diff fluid and drive it u worry to much

Did that and lodged and inquiry with Triumph USA in Atlanta.....I will let them sort this out. Its just not the final drive; the plugs were not changed and the EBC's they put on are dragging hard on all three rotors...And they mounted my tires with the rear having an appreciable amount of Radial Runout.

Oh they sold me an extra key and when I temporarily lost my only key...the spare was a blank-they had not cut it....These guys are F U B A R'd and you may think I am being rash but when they screw everything up except the mounting of the front tire and charge me labor for work not performed......Triumph can give them a call and sort it out.
