Bike dead again.

Thanks for your excellent help Turbo. If only some of you guys worked at Triumph. The dealers were ment to call me back yesterday but they didn't and I also rang Hinckley again and left my details but they never returned my call. Because the bike is still under warranty then in my eyes it's there problem that they are going to have to fix. This is the worst customer service that i've experienced.

if you go in to check on your bike i would put it in nuetral turn on key do the wiggle test and if it acts up maybe then they could diagnose the problem.

Update on the bike. A lot has happened during the last week including taking legal advice and contacting trading standards. I contacted Hinckley UK to complain about the service that I was receiving but a friend of mine beat me to it and whatever he said definitely got the ball rolling. To cut along story short the guy in the dealers has been told by Triumph HQ to replace the ignition switch under warranty and now the bike is ready to pick up. I just hope that it's solved the problem.

Thanks to everyone on here for your invaluable help over the past 6 weeks. Roll on North Wales next weekend.

The bike is fixed guys. I have just rode 750 miles in 4 days through North Wales and have fallen in love with the beast all over again. Thanks again for all of your help. Now roll on the summer.
