Wow, people must call you a clean freak as they do me!
Can't do any better than S&S if you want an Evo motor to run. Can't over rev them for long though.
There are two S&S 124's in town here. One in a FXR frame the other a Springer neither will try and run with either my bikes. As a matter of fact it's hard to get anyone to ride with. Thank God for the Wife on the V-rod. I don't go looking for a race either but can be provoked.

Not a EVO Motor. Twin cam special built by S%S well was anyways. Now toast. Very fast bike while it lasted. Had to make some frame modifications to make it fit. Stroke was really long and did not Fit frame.Made the Harley 120 special look like a Moped.

Not meaning to come across as a Harley hater. Have a 2010 Harley fatboy with a blown motor at present. S%S 124 built to the extremes and lost the motor last week. Only had 6,000 miles on the built but knew it was over the top. Very fast bike but knew she was going to be short lived. Stupid me now going back in with a S%S 106 built kit. Transmission is a baker and primary is built. Figure this time will take it easy Love the bike and bought her new in 2010 have rebuilt the bike several times like a big dummy Not rode much after 2015. She still has a soft spot. Bike is louder than #hit No baffles in after market exhaust. Present mileage is over 100,000 No resale valve here. Great bike through rather expensive on upkeep

How far are you from Tahlequah? The Wife has an aunt there. They are Seminole.

I had, two complaints about my 05 R3. One the headlights, two cold weather starting.
On e-bay I bought a set of LED dual headlights for $75. shipping free and, a 1.4kw starter to fit 98-05 camry.
No more cold weather start problems and I can see at night without my Wife leading the way on the V-rod!

I live in Henryetta Oklahoma. Tahlequah not far from here. Trying to navigate the big city of Henryetta is sometimes a %ithc. Those three stop lights get confusing at times. For a guy i picked on am starting to like you. Your alright Seminole the only tribe that never signed a peace treaty. Can't say that for the Creeks. Even so we are buying up the city of Okmuggle. Casino profits and smart chiefs. Next thing you know we will elect the next mayor. Getting off in a world most folks don't understand. Like your style

The community where I live has no stop lights. Lake Isabella which is 6 mi. away has 2 lights. Small town living, got to love it. We kind of ignore the "political correctness" that plagues the rest of the state. A local bar has a sign that reads "As a matter of fact we don't care how you do anything in LA"!
I would move to Tahlequah in a heartbeat and live on the res but Wife can't stand the humidity.

Spent my high school days as a rich kid in Alta Loma San Bernadino. "spelling check required but you get the idea" Have not been to California in over 40 years. Spent some time on the east coast around Norfolk V.A. That don't need a explanation. Came to Oklahoma just to visit and now some 20 years plus still here. Ain't figured out why but figure it is to late to ask why we are still here. At times it scares me talk to my sister out there in the los angles basin and she says you sound like a red neck. Go figure.

Different kind of folk the further you get from CA. A little work called "Respect" or the lack of in CA.
The only reason I came from AL. back to CA as a kid was because two jobs didn't feed real well.

Just to step sideways guys for a moment but reading your posts and this could be the reason i seem to relate to you guys so well..i have traces of Indian blood in my veins too even tho i'm on the other side of the world...i have Chief Sealth on my right arm in honor of my sister who we lost to suicide...she was a great painter in oils and was convinced she was more indian than anything else...did some amazing chief faces with the eyes looking way into the distance..
I feel some pride coursing thru my veins....
