Aussie Rocket Ride

Hervey Bay is 1500kms for me and not the sort of thing I could do on the spur of the moment - so good to plan ahead. It would be a major excursiom. Meanwhile I'm still up for a scoot to Coffs or Tamworth so will be working towards getting up that way over next few months. Maybe get thru Festivus first but not necessarily.

Does that mean the already discussed Tamworth or Coffs ride/get-together on one of the long weekends early next year has been canned ?? I was looking forward to a couple of short rides (races) as a group around the countryside down that way. Just wondering what others thought ??

No I didn't mate, I looked for Rockets but only saw an orange one parked outside the RSL and my mates bike from down the coast but didn't catch up with either rider!!

G'day captains spoke to Triumph this morning, national Triumph rep will be in Hervey Bay this week to discuss the Aussie Rocket Ride. Seems they are keen to come on board know more in a week.
