gotta find a block of carving foam to even begin air filter/bearclaw thingie. im thinking a vmax type style. it wont be anything claiming to be a ram air. just want a good look and a re think on the filter set up. no reason to have filters sticking out.

Structural foam is the ticket. My male chin spoiler is in structural on the bench at present.

tonight we ran caseys stock 06. wanted to see what the stock bike does on the same dyno.
top blue is predators
red is d&d's
green stock
was rather suprised not only at figures but the torque curve. notice stock at about 3200 torque starts dropping like a rock.
adding d&d's only shifts the drop point 1k ahead with loss before then no gain in torque and 10 hp increase.
soooo compared to a stock bike on the same dyno with preds 38 hp increase (32 %) and 20 lbs torque with 150 lbs and greater from 2800 to 5300.
i do feel im loosing power with the stock clutch at this point and some 290 dyno runs much less the mapping on it.

me thinks it's time to get jimmy or doc and their jars on the big wheel
