Ok, so I ordered some crash bars from Big A (shipped from China). They looked good and decent build quality. Right one fit nicely, but the left side was a total no-go. The Lower bracket was a solid interference with the forward controls and specifically the shift linkage.
I can't imagine how these would fit on ANY GT with forward controls, but no amount of modifications would possibly get these to fit mine. After looking at pictures of pretty much every available version for sale, it looks like they'd all be the same.
Has anyone had any luck with crash bars on a GT with forward controls and QS?
