A thank you from a 2006 Classic

went to the garage to warm the bike. Turn key, flip kill switch and push starter. Only a clicking noise. Oh no I think. Problems. So I take off seat, unhook battery, clean connections. Still the "click." Drat, so I meter battery. Voltage actually rises when click is heard? Strange, so I enter this wonderful site and read through 3 threads regarding the dreaded "click". In the third one, member ( @cr0ft ) mentions holding the clutch in. Immediately I realize I am a moron! Starts right up and runs fine. Perhaps I have been waiting for a shoe to drop with this bike since I love it so much, now I'm creating my own problems. Too bad there isn't an emoji for kicking ones self in the rear.

Yep and from then on I cut the laces way short and use "grenades"

Could use them as awards for trans and engine blowups!
To be worn as ear or eyebrow peircings! .

Much nicer than teardrop tattoos too!
