5.75 Daymaker alternatives?

Just FYI - But, NO where on, or in my Daymakers does it read HD or Harley Davidson.

Then they either changed them or you need yo visit the optometrist. If you look very carefully there is a tiny bar and shield on the face of parking lamp

Your right. So I guess this means I am going to remove the best lights I have ever had on a motorcycle because of the Harley logo. Like I said earlier "WHO GIVES A #HIT":(:(:(:eek::eek::roll::roll::roll::roll::roll::roll::roll::roll::roll:

Thanks for the comment, Morris.
I also had thought so, but upon a close look, I see some small writing regards SAE stuff at the 10 & 2, but no shield at the 6.
Note that mine are the chrome face, not black.
Perhaps a difference there?

Hello all,

The stock headlights on my Roadster are certainly adequate. They are leagues ahead of what I had on bikes in my youth. However with new available technology I think I can do better.

I have been looking at all the threads regarding headlight upgrades.

I love the Daymakers BUT like most people I am less than in love with the though of $400 per headlight.

I saw this in Amazon.

Can anyone who has picked up any alternative daymaker copies chime in on how well the worked (or did not)

Thanks,

Jamie

I have been running those for about 6 months and they are awesome, only odd thing is I popped the fuse on the tail light the first night ride after I installed these. Replaced the fuse and no issue since except the high beam light randomly coming on and off.

you might have removed the bulb from the standard park lights????...if you did, then thats why the taillight fuse popped..the gap in the holder for the park lights is very tight, it can short out there. Put the bulbs back in and tape it all up and it will fix the problem. I know cos it did the same with mine.:)
