Per the availability calendar - Available:
2 Houses - 20 & 21 next to each other
4 Bedrooms @ $440 is $110 per bedroom & each bedroom has a double bed & a single bed
Same rates as last year since the winter rates now apply

4 Bed / 4 Bath - Occupancy 1 - 16 persons
Summer Rates
• Rate Monday - Sunday : $550 per Night
Winter Rates
• Rate Friday - Saturday : $440 per Night
• Rate Weekdays : $440
Each additional person : $7.50 ,
Maximum 18 persons in Houses #20, #21, & #22

Don't care about time frames. Don't care about cost. Don't care about the weather. Enjoyed it last year even the ride down and back. Ready to do it again in a heart beat.
