Bring the KLR.. That bike's got to be a blast... :D

Heck, look at me. I have a blender with ball bearings up front and I'm not *****'in.

Trouble finding first.....I can't even find neutral anymore.

If I don't get the bike to Baxters soon, I'll be riding the KLR or the Bonnie to the next RAA.

Yo Bob you bought a triumph. Its not a pecision jap bike. It will get better.Wait till ya have some real problems. Cam chain sprockets, output shaft bearing,ECM problems ETC. Are you Xchoppers brother???? Wait till your dealer tells you you need your clutch master cylinder rebuilt. AHA Have you thought about a Boss Hogg?

Busa dear,

How gory a testimonial. Or prediction.

Suppose you're still stubbornly trying to rebuff friendship, as if it were threatening you

Well done! Jamie:D

On a positive note I just completed my 3rd ride and now have a whopping 57 miles on the odometer. I had no trouble at all shifting into first. My bike, however, is now slimed. The highways were wet and vehicles around me were throwing all manner of sludge back at me. Oh well, at least I gor two photos of the clean bike.

Now there's one thing I can "complain" about the Rocket. The Rocket has more nooks and crannies than anything!.. lol My Road Glide was easier to clean!.. but it was also slower! :)

Bob you will love the ride. I got mine last January and just passed 4400 miles and love it. I hope you get to ride her on the coastal highway soon - I was out there once about 10 yrs ago and remember it as a perfect cruising road. Please post pics from the Pacific Coast - here are a couple from Daytona and A1A on the road to St. Augustine this past Christmas....

Hey Steve I notice you have the visors on your lights, They look cool but I always wondered if they make any difference or just added bling:cool:

Walt

visors are pure bling imo - never noticed a difference - the lights however [particularly with 55 watt bulbs] do help a lot at night....

I had some shifting issues with mine when I first got it. After 6K the only time I have a problem is when it is cold or time to change the oil. I have a couple of old (73 and 82) harleys and once you get used to shifting those, this thing is nothing. If you want to find a hard neutral, I have a '70 cj750 and I almost have to shut it off to find neutral to get it in reverse. My Trophy is so smooth I have to keep checking it to make sure it shifted.
