update, I bought a General G Max AS-03 225 / 55R 16 its W speed rated (168mph) 480 tread wear, traction A temp A this tire weighs 21 lbs. I put 250 miles on over the weekend, running 40 psi. my wife and I together weigh about 325lbs. it worked fine, only time I notice a difference is going slow on uneven/angled roads. the performance loss is not as much as the last time I tried the CT. So its staying on this time! thanks for all the info!
