Mike, I was due to be coming out to join you all at Leakey for the once in a lifetime experience. Back on page 70, post #695 I had to explain my reasons for withdrawal. I've been diagnosed with throat/mouth cancer and am now in my second week of treatment. Life sucks sometimes but should be fit and well enough for next year! Hope you al have a terrific time and keep those photos coming!

I begged & begged but Clav and K9 wouldn’t slow down for me to take any pictures today (just kidding, we were too focused on the road and enjoying the beautiful sunny ride to stop today).

This is a shot of the law breakers, the entrance to the resort and the Rio Frio running in front of our cabins.

Made it home from Big Bend today...bucked Rob's headwind the whole way. 962 miles in 3 days. Tomorrow = unpack, laundry, pack again, go over the bike, then JV football game to watch the son. Friday morning I'm Leakey bound!
