2015 RAA 10 Details and headcount

Well!!
I'm coming over for a look.
Cash in hand.
Since we go WAY BACK I expect friend prices.

Cuba ?
You brought that over on one of those boats?
Brave man.

Actually I shipped it back in my household goods. The TRC6 was my primary rider until 1999 when I bought an old Electra Glide. It's been up and down the east coast, to Daytona Bike Week twice, to the Myrtle Beach Bike Week and also to Hawaii. The old girl is somewhat "retired" now.

Visitors are always welcome.

Where and when is the 2nd event this year? Live in Southern Wisconsin....own a 2013 Touring

Heck I am probably about 4 hours or so south of you. so if you make a two day trip you'll be fresh when you arrive. I do not think anyone has talked about any other dates yet. Nolton will know for sure he keeps up on things :)

Thanks Warp...the wife and I are heading to the Ozarks on the 22nd of May. If I'd know about the RAA rides I would have surely made reservations and joined the fun. We live in the Beloit Wisconsin area and have been Triumph fans for many years. My wife rides a Bonnie and we also have a Speedy (that I'd like to sell). I got my Touring late last season and love it. Let me know if your every heading this way.

When I saw Beloit in your post Randy it seemed very familiar so I went back and looked at my Route 66 ride route a few years ago. We started from a friend's home outside of Crivitz, WI then headed south getting on 39 at Beloit. We wanted to go around Chicago so took it to I80 and east to pick up the old Mother Road just south of Joliet.

I visit my old riding friend in Wisconsin every other year and always get in some good riding.

I first visited WI in 2007 when I rode my Rocket 3 Classic from Pensacola Fl to my home in Washington. I rode through Chicago and to Jim's shop in Green Bay, Title Town Cycles. I was in full riding gear and still a bit cool but saw a bunch of local riders in T-shirts and cutoffs in 45 deg weather. I asked Jim what the hell was the matter with those guys and he responded, "Hell this is spring here buddy and its warm to us." I suppose warm is a very subjective term. :)

Yes we did meet there. You had a friend riding a Star as I recall it and you were on to another destination. What route are you taking? I mapped out two, one through Nebraska and then south through Kansas City, into Missouri and to Marble Falls. The second drops south in to Denver, then east through Kansas into Kansas City.

That Yammy is my kid bro, Dan. He'll be coming along with 3 other relatives of mine.
This year we are trailering to Enid, OK on the 21st or 22nd and hooking up with My Cuz and Bug Teeth on the 23rd.
Next morn we ride to Tulsa to get the Super Mex and perhaps Duk O' Death and then 300 easy miles to Marble Falls.
You are more than welcome to caravan with us if you wish.
Likely route: 84 into UT, bypass Salt Lake to 80 through WY and into CO, bypass Denver to 70 into Kansas then south to Enid, OK on 281.
An even 1900 miles from Tacoma, however, we be flexible . . .

I will look forward to seeing you and Brother Dan again. My ride/trailer plan and route are still up in the air. Super Mex has said I can stash my rig at his place and he's also invited me to come early to raid the RAT group.

I just got off the phone with my good friend in Manchester to confirm his Interstate trailer is available for me if I decide to trailer. I'm trying to regain contact with an old Navy friend who now lives in Omaha to leave it at his place but thus far, no joy. I've also invited my brother-in-law, a great friend friend and riding buddy to come along. I have a two bed room reserved just in case and we'll put his bike in the pickup bed as we've done before.

Much Grass (see I speak Spanish Lupe :) ) for the offer of a caravan and I'll keep you posted on my plans and if I do a caravan tag along.

Excellent! At the least it'll be a PARTY at Lupe's!!!

Well, it breaks my heart to write this, but I will not be making it this year. A combination of a really slow winter, work wise, and presently being buried in work, a 2 or 3 month backlog already, I need to stay home and make some money and get stuff done. I will get out this summer, and Dave and I are still planning a late September ride up the coast of California, Pacific Northwest and Idaho, so maybe I will see some of you this year.
