2014 rocket touring brake light stuck on any suggestions?

It6 is probably the pressure activated switch on the rear brake. However, no matter what it is, get the dealer to fix it under warranty. It is a major safety issue.

if u have not found the problem
could be the cylinders front or rear storing pressure which may fry your brakes best to check it out. try pulling up on foot lever to see if that helps.
