Stroke is verified to be 101.6mm - same as the bore - now a square engine :D

Looks like you added a fair bit of metal to the balance shaft. If this is so, how did you determine amount needed?

Curious.... would the engine vibrate much with no shaft? Is it really needed? High Performance Crate Engines | Bonneville Performance removes the balance shafts on the engines they rebuild for the older Bonnys/Speedys/Americas.

Dynamically balanced, what is that I wonder. And I wonder why Triumph don't do it from the factory, seems a lot more expense and trouble to build a crankcase to house a balancer too, make the balancer the right weight and timing etc, etc.
