Does anyone know what would cause my Rocket (‘20 GT) to not start after washing it? The starter activates but I don’t hear the injection sound (I think). Any help would be appreciated.

Ps- I have not checked the fuses yet, but will do that tomorrow when I have a chance.

As Frans has mentioned...the clutch switch is activated when you pull the clutch in...you will see the wee flat metal contact spring. If you have bumped the switch, the clutch switch may have been knocked off its perch...you can push it back into place easy enough. Look up under where it goes and the two tags fit into two aligning holes....i put a wee spot of Araldite glue on mine just to hold it.

maybe clutch, maybe kickstand switch. Maybe water in the air intake from the front grilles for air intakes?
did you use compressed air and dried out all air after you washed the bike?

I checked the fuses tonight. The fuel pump one was blown. Weird. I switched it out and ka-pow it works! Thanks everyone for the help and suggestions. I really appreciate it.
Blown fuses after washing a bike always concerns me... What happens if you end up riding the bike in a heavy downpour???? Obviously the water allowed something to ground out blowing the fuse. Can the same happen while riding?
