There are lots of articles and youtube vids on how to do this. I'd suggest going for about 25mm of sag and fine tuning it from there.
Good point to watch out for but all the time I had the 11.5" shocks on I never had a problem, but I never rode two up if someone wants to ride they can buy a bloody bike and that includes my wife

they actually played not to bad we just do not have the skill level just now (or even in the past 20yrs) all the spoiled little kiddys are stuck in doors playing video games instead of outside smashing windows and playing fitba

Quite possibly ? But I was reliably informed by someone north of the wall that they boiled the kit in kipper barrels and then gave it a liberal spray of lemon pledge !What they use detergent now
