0 to 60....Rocket comes in at #3

Probably the top 3 you never actually run into on the road too.
I've only met one other Rocket (that wasn't a planned meet), and saw one V-Max in a parking lot, and 0 Diavels.

I rode to Key West and back in January. The only other R3 I saw was the one Stripes was riding. The Honda Rucus seems to be the state bike of FL, or at least King of the Keys. lol

I rode to Key West and back from NY, I never saw another Rocket. Only seen 2 in 4 years with mine, aside from Demo Days or Triumph rallies.

I'd call all three in the top "power cruisers". I don't really think the Roadster is a traditional cruiser either - my Touring model is, but the Roadster is either a power cruiser or a standard bike with a very non-standard engine.

But this is what I'm saying, Triumph needs to sell these with 230 horses out of the box, gotta have the faster 0-60 time in the segment with the biggest engine. :) I wonder what a 230-horse Carpenterized variant will do in the 0-60...

Btw, anyone hear about "Project Silverback" yet? Stumbled across this when searching for info about Carpenter.

Yes, they can definitely be made faster. ;) Carpenter did an 8.99 1/4 mile in a Silverback, but I don't think the supposed Triumph corporate thing ever amounted to anything.

Funny, a girl I met on FB's husband has a 270 version, she said the extra 35 horse was great, I said your dyno sheet you posted showed 261, mine is 241, where do you see 35? She said it will have more when it's broke in, LOL, I said so will mine then. That was the end of that conversation.
