stealership rising costs of oil change

appreciate that journeyman; with the help of a decent 3 prong i got via amzn was able to loosen the oil filter. I drained the 3 plugs and left to drain overnight while leveling via woodblock. Used some common sense and leveled it AFTER loosening the 3 plugs so to not risk the bike tipping over...

What do you think about the riding modes? Do you find them useful?

that is what is awesome of the original Rockets in my view, no tablet on handlebars, no tracking device to spy on the rider, and no riding modes!

stealership rising costs of oil change

interested in how many of you do your own oil change. I've used the dealership in the past but 330 bucks is a bit high for the oil change on my 2015 i ordered the kit have done it before and ordered the TOCR3 (sold out) from hermys triumph.

Harley Davidson Reveals ‘MOST POWERFUL PRODUCTION BIKE EVER'

I will say at 110K that doesn't give you heated grips but it also doesn't come standard in the awful billiard grey paint job. 150lb HP and 150 lbs/ft torque, 6500rpm redline i'm sorry but it is still belt drive right? At those numbers I would be quite worried about the maintenance costs etc...

Harley Davidson Reveals ‘MOST POWERFUL PRODUCTION BIKE EVER'

110k and harley won't include heated grips!!! governor set at 120mph and the horsepower number is at 8k rpms i think so the torque curve isn't near what the rockets have. The paint job is a bit hideous for me i wouldn't pay more than 30k for it. Glad BlackRock does not and hopefully will never...

Rocket 3 Valve Cover Gasket Replacement Video

well after 3 other attempts at the dealership kevin volunteered and thankfully the 4th is holding. I will say the torque specs need to be strictly followed I believe 3 passes if i recall correctly. Under the tank is a bit of a rats nest with the plenum and wires etc. The valve cover is an...

    Considering a 2020 Rocket 3 vs 2015

i was offered a very good trade of mine for a new one and I was close to pulling the trigger. But love the old analog gauges I like that there are no riding modes and it doesn't have a tablet on it that spies on the owner also like that it still looks like a cruiser. I'm ok with the weight but...
