Hello, I am looking for an alternative to the ignition switch on my 2013 R3T. There is an intermittent starting problem that I have been chasing for some time. The current thinking is that the ignition switch is the culprit. A replacement part is 12-16 weeks out. I understand you have created an alternative. I am interested. Please let me know details.

Thanks,
Scott

Sorry, one of the core components is obsolete, so no longer making them
I have pdf's of both the DEcosse instillation and setup instructions plus the remote pairing instructions for the brain unit if the first instructions do not work. I have had to re pair the remote twice. Reply with you email as the forum does not allow pdf's to be posted

Cheers

Hey rainman

What made you change the fuel filter on your rocket 3? Did you have a fuel issue or was it just out of choice?i have a feeling i have a faulty fuel pump so ill be doing the same job as you.. 👍

When I got this to let it was running a little off it had a hesitation when u throttle down on it so I thought it might be the filter or fuel pump so I changed both of them but it didn't help come to find out it was in the tune when warp hooked up tuneecu it didn't even recognize the tune that was in it
So we changed tune and it pretty well fixed it
Hopefully I will be able to get it dyno soon

Just purchased a 2008 Touring. The cat has been deleted and it has a 3 to 1 exhaust. I want to add the left side silencer but not the cat. Is this feasible?
Good day Gregger. How's Timmon's weather today? Here in Alberta we're looking at +20c forecast, that's riding weather. Just curious if you know where the OBD cable is available in Canada?
I'm looking forward to trying this R3 out. I bought it quite cheap and my original intent was to flip it for profit but I do want to spend some time on it first.

I ordered mine from Lonelec.co in the UK. Here is a link TUNEECU HARDWARE Archives - Lonelec I wouldn't use any other cable unless it is manufactured by this company with the FTDI chipset.

I've been to Edmonton twice on my bike over the years. Have a son/grandson there. Currently in Florida for the winter with the ride. Miss the roads back home though. Got lots of snow in Timmins this year.

Yes if its internal you have to pull the bike off the motor. There a couple special tools but other then that I used the shop manual and she came apart like I actually did it before :D
I used a chain fall hanging off a trolley on the steel beam of the house.

I bought a decent rug from Big Lots. That was the smartest thing. Made getting down my knees a lot softer. Catches drippings great. And fits great in a **** can when you're finished.
