With the dream, the nightmare: trying to decide what to ride today.

We trudge on.

In no particuler order:
1 Vincent Black Shadow, series C
2 Triumph Rocket III Silverback
3 Norton Commando
4 Bonneville 1970
5 Sunbeam S7
6 Matchless G80CS
7 Ducati Panigale

I've owned a Vincent, Commando, Bonneville, And the Matchless. The Sunbeam was a quirky, unreliable thing but for some reason it looked cool and I've always fancied one. I still ride the Norton, 35 years of ownership and am restoring the Matchless. I've no idea if I could handle a ride on a bike like the Ducati but I bet it would be a rush. There are many others, mostly vintage bikes that I would love to have especially my Dad's 1938 Cotton pictured at the Cheddar Gorge .

Cool pic. Cant say I agree with the riding gear but 1938 probably didnt offer many options.

Five bikes

My rocket

Hayabusa

Rocket Gold Star

RGS 500

YDS7

Reasons for the 5 i already have 3 of them ... the rocket Gold Star i owned one when younger (wish i still had it) and i have a thing about 2 strokes so the RGS is a dream

Hey! those plus fours were probably the bees knees back then and the socks..............

Makes you wonder, 60 years from now will the Rocket III be a classic?

Will the grand children of R3 owners want to beat grandpaw's ass for getting rid of it?

Will we be the rare few to belong to a unique group?

Will the R3 we have be the red Barchetta of tomorrow?
