Year Round FL TR3T Rider

Hello to all. I'm a new Rocket Touring owner having traded in my 04 Honda VTX1300 with 30,000 miles on her. I am stunned with the performance and handling of my TR3T not to mention the absolutely fabulous styling. I came within $300 of being a Harley Street Glide owner but the Triumph won out. I'm glad it did because I don't run into even a single other TR3T rider all day and I ride my bike EVERY day. NOT so had I bought the Harley -

I hope you're right! I want to buy a BUNCH of stuff for my bike - the biggest investment for now is the tall Triumph windshield but the retail price of $599 and sale price of $449 STILL is a bit too much to swallow! Anyone out there want to trade me their tall shield for the stock shield and I'll toss in a few bucks as well -

Frigid!!! Frigid!!! pantywaste southerners!!!(disclaimer: views expressed are soley those of the poster and not of this forum plus its late and there may have been some drink involved - wont know till morning when i figure out where i am !!)

Its freaking minus 8 degrees (actual temp not windchill) up here in NY (central) And I bet there are other parts west of here that probably are lower.

Oh wait........ were welcoming a new owner hehehe! Good choice not going with hardley!! Hope your rocket gives you plenty of smiles!!

I also looked at Harleys but got my R3T last month now have 2k miles. When it gets warm Im just going to take the windshield off except for long rides.
