Top blokes at Woods. I just rang Bill Smiths in Chester (nearest to me) needing an emergency brake pad change and a new Cobra on the rear for a short notice track day. They said "will it be a loose wheel or will you be bringing the bike in" I replied "I'll have to bring the bike in if you're going to fit the pads won't I" "Oh, in that case there's nothing wee can do until October. So I rang my preferred dealer, Woods. They said they would ring me back in ten minutes coz they needed to check they could get the tyre. Rang me back two minutes later, said they could get the tyre and fit it and the pads at 9am on my preferred day of Thursday. They are jumping on the job as soon as I get there and I can feck off on it as soon as they're done! Nice peeps and top service.
