No sign of the #*&%$ $*(@@$ yet .. seems they have visited a few blokes I know this morning .. just having a chat i'm assured. Oh well we've got to get up early for the ride anyway .. won't have to worry about setting the alarm. Maglite on the front door awakes you from your slumber ..hahahah

Gladfield Driver reviver about 5k's up the road from me on Thursday. 27 police cars, 70 cops, police chopper, riot squad armoured car, drug unit and channel 9 chopper. Cops had been there since 4.30 am (hiding) waiting for a very large group of Uhlans on there way to Scone for their national run. 20 bikes showed up, all bikes in as new condition and not a hair out of place on the riders. Obviously no infringements....phone call made to a member that was on the ride and the majority of the riders were already in Casino who had gone the "scenic route"!!!!
Funny as f#ck I thought!!

Tekor and I will be leaving from mystery rd at 8am in the morning then heading down the goat track . If any one wants to meet up ,that's when and where we are leaving the gold coast from.

Passed the Black Uhlans leaving Brissy on their annual run the other day, heading down the Ipswich motorway .. there were more coppers than there were Uhlans .. seriously there were coppers everywhere.

That's funny Pete. If I didn't know it really was the name of the road I'd say it sounded like a smokescreen.

Richard I assure you for the novice or the first time rider up mystery rd your eyes will be soon hanging out of your head .even on the rocket it is second gear material around a couple of steep and sharp left hand bends once you've travelled the road a couple of times it gets better.the name mystery rd definitely suits the road

Think he means the 'Goat Track' Pete .. maybe that's what Richard was giggling at. Catherine didn't believe me the first time I took her through there , wouldn't believe that's what it's really called.
