Just didn’t dawn on me that there was a left and a right No problem to change them round at all. Might work even better than they already do.

I already hand cut a set for myself and had @Jag just ask about that today. Here are some pictures showing the difference. Maybe I could have some laser cut if there is interest.

I meant to ask you about that in one of PMs. I've never cut acrylic but I believe our local Ace Hardware carries a selection but in pretty big sheets. I'll check to see what they have. If it is beyond my ability I'd definitely be interested in a lazer cut set. That set you made looks much more effective than the stockers. Ans a lazer cut would certainly look much better than something Mike did in his shop.

Most hardware stores don't carry the kind of acrylic I use. The stuff I have been using is 4.5mm or 0.177 thick. Very heavy and strong. I am working on a pattern to see if I can create a file that can be laser cut. I need to find a better drawing program.

The deflectors look like a great option to keep your hands warm. I don’t believe I saw a price for these. Also, do the mount brackets come with them? Can you please provide a price? Thanks

See Bedifferent's thread in the Classifieds it is posted in the first few pages.

Yep, I think a key improvement over stock is extended length and overlapping and placing behind bottom of large screen.

I and @1K9 have used metal blades. His are chrome Harley ones but mine are from a UK supplier in polished Stainless but you have to design and make your own brackets. Mine are rock solid and tested loaded at 120mph.

Huge I know, but with Clearview vented (stock Triumph Roadster screen size specs) Mephis Shades Top wing and Memphis Shades side wings + stainless Steel blades from UK which require your own bracket fabrication and location.

I have been 120mph on GPS and is rock steady fully loaded with my 170Kg + gear and massive luggage, leather panniers top box + 3 bags/rolls on top of panniers and pillion seat.

For the last 10,000Km I have been using a Lazer Jet Super Skin open face with flip screen and no earplugs, I do not get runny eyes from wind or any turbulence to worry about.

No big secret I guess..$135 for the standard acrylic and $145 for the higher impact acrylic. I use the standards myself and they are all 4.5mm or 0.177 thick. If either one of the versions break, you have a problem. The price includes everything as well as the shipping in the lower 48 states.

I setup a separate email for them if you have questions.

Well whenever you're ready I'd like you to make me a set.

No, and you do not even have to touch the wiring, the indicator cables extend that far when tugged gently and go back when I put them back on stock fixing point with no mod required at all when I swap out for Flyscreen in Summer. They come off in one piece with the screen/s all with just the 4 Fork Fixing Kit bolts and the 2 nuts holding the indicator stalks which stay firm even at 120mph. Just lean the whole screen/s combo in a corner until next winter re-install.
